By using ReelsBot, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

ReelsBot is a private automation tool operated by CreatorFlow LLC that uses the official Meta Graph API to publish video content (Reels) to Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages on behalf of authorized users. The service requires explicit Meta OAuth authorization before any actions are performed.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service
• You must own or have explicit administrative authorization over the Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages you connect
• You must comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Community Standards

3. Authorization and Access

By connecting your Meta accounts to ReelsBot, you explicitly authorize CreatorFlow LLC to:

• Access your Instagram account and Facebook Page data via Meta Graph API
• Upload and publish video content (Reels) to your authorized accounts
• Store your access tokens securely for the purpose of providing the service
• Retrieve basic account metadata (IDs, usernames) necessary for operation

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use ReelsBot to:

• Post content that violates Meta's Community Standards or Terms of Service
• Post spam, misleading content, or content that infringes third-party rights
• Post adult, illegal, or harmful content
• Engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior as defined by Meta
• Circumvent Meta's platform restrictions or abuse the API

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content you upload and publish through ReelsBot. By using the service, you confirm you have the necessary rights to publish the content. CreatorFlow LLC claims no ownership over your content.

6. Limitation of Liability

ReelsBot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. CreatorFlow LLC shall not be liable for:

• Account suspension or restriction imposed by Meta for policy violations
• Failed or delayed posts due to Meta API downtime or changes
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Service Modifications

CreatorFlow LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of significant changes.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by revoking ReelsBot's access in your Meta account settings (facebook.com/settings → Business Integrations). Upon termination, we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
