What permissions does ReelsBot need?
ReelsBot requires instagram_content_publish, instagram_basic, pages_show_list, and pages_read_engagement to post Reels on your behalf.
How do I revoke ReelsBot's access?
Go to facebook.com โ†’ Settings โ†’ Security & Login โ†’ Business Integrations. Find "ReelsBot" and click Remove. This immediately revokes all access tokens.
Does ReelsBot post without my knowledge?
No. ReelsBot only posts content you have explicitly placed in the designated folder with your configured schedule. No content is posted without your direct input.
Does ReelsBot scrape or automate browser activity?
No. ReelsBot uses only the official Meta Graph API. No browser automation, web scraping, or unofficial methods are used.
Is my video content stored by ReelsBot?
Video files are processed locally and uploaded directly to Meta's servers. After upload, files are moved to your local _posted folder. We do not store copies of your video content.
