1. Who We Are

2. What Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the service:

• Meta OAuth access tokens (user tokens and page tokens) required to authenticate API requests
• Instagram User IDs and Facebook Page IDs associated with authorized accounts
• Basic account identifiers (usernames, account names) for configuration purposes
• Posting logs including timestamps, post IDs, and success/failure status
• Video file metadata (filename, size) for upload tracking — video content itself is never stored permanently

3. Why We Collect It

All data collected is used exclusively to provide the automation service:

• Access tokens are required to authenticate calls to the Meta Graph API on your behalf
• Account IDs are required to direct API calls to the correct Instagram or Facebook Page
• Posting logs are maintained for reliability, debugging, and audit purposes

4. How We Store and Protect It

• Access tokens are stored in environment variables or encrypted configuration files with restricted file system permissions
• No data is stored in third-party cloud databases or shared services
• Log files are stored locally and accessible only to authorized system users
• We apply access control and file system restrictions to prevent unauthorized access
• Data is stored only for as long as necessary to provide the service (see Section 7)

5. Data Sharing

• We do NOT sell your data to any third party
• We do NOT share your data with advertisers or analytics services
• API requests are made directly to Meta's servers (Facebook/Instagram) as required to deliver the service
• We do not use any third-party data brokers, tracking pixels, or profiling services

6. Meta Platform Data

ReelsBot accesses Meta Platform data (Instagram accounts, Facebook Pages) through the official Meta Graph API following explicit user authorization via OAuth. We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Data obtained from Meta APIs is used solely for the purpose for which it was authorized — publishing content on behalf of the account owner.

7. Data Retention

• Access tokens are retained as long as the account is actively using the service
• Posting logs are retained for up to 90 days for debugging purposes
• Upon account deactivation or deletion request, all associated data is deleted within 30 days

8. Your Rights

• Access: You may request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: You may request deletion of all your data at any time
• Portability: You may request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection: You may object to processing of your data at any time

9. Cookies and Tracking

This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or any form of behavioral tracking. It is a static informational site with no JavaScript telemetry.

10. Children's Privacy

ReelsBot is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
