You have the right to request deletion of all data ReelsBot holds about you. We honor all deletion requests and will confirm completion within 30 days.

What Data We Delete

Meta OAuth access tokens (user tokens and page tokens)
Instagram User IDs and Facebook Page IDs associated with your account
Account identifiers, usernames, and configuration data
All posting logs and job history related to your assets
Any other operational data linked to your identity

How to Request Deletion

Send Email

Send an email to admin@reelsbotflow.com with the subject line shown below.

Include Details

Include your Instagram account name(s) or Facebook Page name(s) so we can identify your data precisely.

Confirmation

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and confirm deletion within 30 days.

Revoke Access

Optionally, also revoke ReelsBot's access directly in Meta: facebook.com/settings → Business Integrations → Remove ReelsBot

Meta-Initiated Deletion Callback

If you remove ReelsBot from your Facebook account via Settings → Business Integrations, Meta will automatically notify us. Upon receiving this notification, all data associated with your account will be deleted within 30 days.

You can verify the deletion status by emailing us with subject line: "ReelsBot Deletion Status Check".
